Muhammed (SAW), the last and final prophet of Allah, said,

“All of you areguardians and responsible for your wards and the things under your care. The ruler is the guardian of his subjects and is responsible for them and a man is the guardian of his family and is responsible for them. A wife is the guardian of her husband’s house and is responsible for it. A servant is the guardian of his master’s belongings and is responsible for them .“

Everyone one in society, regardless of race, gender, or age, has some sort of responsibility, a leadership position. Even if the person does not recognize having any responsibility, the person is still obligated to know what rights, or freedoms he or she has.Building Muslim Leaders presents the Leaders of Tomorrow conference series. This series is specially designed to present leadership concepts and principles from an Islamic perspective, through lectures and workshops.
